One-way pallets
Standard pallet sizes of 1200x1000 or 1200x800 may not suit all customers. Standard pallets may not even be the right size for their materials, so atypical pallets are fully customized to the specific customer and the purpose of use.
Pallets are made to measure according to the customer's wishes and requirements. Customers can choose their own specific pallet dimensions, planks spacing, used fasteners, wood type, load capacity, chamfer edges, etc.
Atypical pallets can be treated according to the IPPC standard for export.
EUR palettes
The Europallet is a widely used interchangeable transport pallet in Europe. It is a very detailed standard, wooden flat pallet with an area of 0.96 m² and with measures of 1200 × 800 × 144 mm (length × width × height). The pallet's own weight is between 20–24 kg depending on the moisture content of the wood. It is connected by 78 special nails. Europallet is a so-called four-sided palette. It can be picked up from all four sides by an automatic handling device or a forklift and transported.
The Europallet complies with the regulations of the International Railway Union (UIC) and of the European Pallet Association (EPAL).
We can arrange supply of both new EUR pallets as well as used in grades A, B.
We buy damaged EUR pallets.

Wooden fixation
We design and manufacture wooden fixations for transport boxes for the secure fixation of very heavy goods.
Quality fixation for goods movement prevention is the basis for safe transport. The products are fixed to the bottom of the crate or on a pallet using wood, fixation tapes, metal lugs, angle plates and other metallic materials.
Pallet rails
Pallet collars or pallet extensions consist of four pieces of side plates connected by special metal galvanized hinges. Each hinge is fixed with four steel rivets. Pallet collars are used to fasten transported goods and ensure the stacking of pallets even with non-rigid materials. Thanks to the pallet collars, the pallet storage area can be better utilized and a solid wooden crate of the required size can be created to protect the transported goods from mechanical damage, dust and moisture. Pallet extensions can thus fully replace paper boxes, sheet metal or plastic boxes.
