Developers Center

  • Sapril s.r.o. has its own design department with several high-quality engineers who are able to propose a container from scratch, implement customer readjustments, and put it into full batch production.
  • The company has its own CNC plotter that is able to model most of the materials needed, i.e. smooth cardboard, corrugated fiberboard, cellular polypropylene, polypropylene foam, all up to 80mm.

Facultative compensation

  • Facultative  compensation is defined in § 81 of Act no.435/2004 Coll., effective 1 October 2004. Here it stipulates the obligation of all employers who employ more than 25 people, as well as those who employ people with health disabilities. If an employer does not or cannot employ these people for whatever reason, the employer can fulfill this obligation either by purchasing products or services from employers where 50% of the workforce is made up of people with health disabilities, from sheltered workshops (more than 60% of the workforce is made up of people with health disabilities), or by making outlays to the state budget. Executive order no. 518/2004 Coll., "Facultative compensation" and its benefits was attached to this law.

  • When purchasing products or services from sheltered workshops or from employers with a workforce of 50% or more consisting of disabled people, you do not pay the mandatory levy to the state budget.
  • By purchasing products or services from sheltered workshops, you are contributing to reducing unemployment in the region. The validity of the new Employment Act and the mandatory proportion for calculating benefits under the new wording of the act.
  • Act no. 435/2004 and its executive order no.518/2004 Coll., are valid as of 1 October 2004. For the purpose of computing the fulfillment of obligations under the new law, the average number of persons with disabilities employed by the firm in 2005 is taken into account. Confirmation of the figure of full-time employees with disabilities is sent out to customers after each quarter.
